Every school term we offer an 8-week program to assist all level athletes, including beginners to get stronger, faster and more agile to help with their chosen sport. We split the 8-week program into 3 phases where we focus on speed, strength and agility. This program is designed to give your child an edge over their competition or just purely a chance to get fit in a safe and welcoming environment.
