Every school term we run an 8-week program designed to help athletes of all levels — including beginners — become stronger, faster, and more agile for their chosen sport. The program is split into 3 focused phases covering speed, strength, and agility, giving your child a structured pathway to progress. We also test all athletes at the beginning and end of the term using high-end technology such as Freelap timing systems to track progress and results. Whether the goal is gaining a competitive edge or simply getting fitter in a safe and welcoming environment, this program has something for everyone.
